This is a new study edition of the stories of the prophets, with explanatory articles, introductions and footnotes. The text of the stories is a new translation based on the texts of the Hebrew Scriptures. Published by the UK charity Al Kalima, this book has been printed and distributed by Dar Al-Furat (Lebanon), as well as by publishing houses in Iraq, Egypt and Tunisia.
In addition to others on the translation committee, the following scholars worked on this project: Dr. Ali Makhlabi, Dr. Issa Diab, Ms. Awatef Zouidi, Dr. Ekram Lamie and Dr. Noureddin Zoutni. The work was introduced by Dr. Fathi Nasri, dean of the College of Arts at the University of Tunis.
